HT Tooling Solutions, based in Manchester and established in 1991, specialises in the design and manufacture of high-precision, efficient, and cost-effective mould tooling.

Operating from our 12,000+ ft² manufacturing facility, we proudly support a prestigious international customer base across a wide range of sectors, including medical, packaging (caps and closures), automotive, aerospace, electronics, leisure, and toys.
ELITE TOOLING
Elite Tooling, the sister business to HT Tooling within the TAL Group, specialises in the servicing, modification, and repair of high-precision mould tooling.
With decades of industry experience, advanced equipment, and a responsive, service-focused approach, Elite Tooling supports customers in maintaining and optimising their tooling performance. The team understands that every tool and production environment presents its own challenges, and works closely with clients to deliver the most effective solutions for reliability, turnaround time, and cost.
Operating from an additional 12,000+ ft² manufacturing facility, Elite Tooling provides expert support across a wide range of sectors, helping customers extend tool life, minimise downtime, and maintain consistent production quality.
FORMULA COMPONENTS
Formula Components, a complementary business within the TAL Group alongside HT Tooling and Elite Tooling, specialises in large-scale plastic injection moulding for high-volume production.
With extensive experience managing mass-production contracts, Formula Components delivers precision-engineered plastic parts across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on the automotive industry. Their expertise ensures consistent quality, efficient cycle times, and reliable output for demanding manufacturing programmes.
Operating from a substantial, state-of-the-art facility, Formula Components supports a broad international customer base, combining technical knowledge, advanced equipment, and a collaborative approach to meet the unique requirements of each project.
